1. Delivery conditions
Delivery costs are added to the product prices as displayed. Delivery charges are explained within individual product offers.
You are entitled to collect your order from G. F. Heim Söhne GmbH & Co. KG, Ernst-Ludwig-Straße 3 , 64372 Ober-Ramstadt, Germany during the following hours of business: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 16:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 am - except on public holidays. Please inform us at least two working days before your pick-up so that we can make the goods available from our warehouse.
Sales and delivery via our online shop will only take place in the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom.
For delivery to other countries, please contact us.
The delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by you in your order. The risk passes to you when the goods are handed over to the shipping service and the goods are made available to you. If, while processing your order, we discover that the goods you have ordered are not available, we will inform you of this by e-mail.
If a delivery to you is not possible for one of the following reasons, you bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery:
(1) Goods do not fit through the entrance door, front door or staircase,
(2) you are not to be found at the delivery address provided by you at the time of delivery, which was announced with a reasonable period of time, or
(3) The delivery address provided by you is incorrect or incomplete.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union, as far as selectable in the ordering process, can be made up to a goods value of EUR 3,000. We would like to point out that such deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes. These import duties and taxes as well as any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Contact your local customs office for information. Please also note that you will be considered an importer for orders and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which you are importing the goods. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and investigation by customs authorities.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
Our "product range" can only be ordered from HEIM SÖHNE stores.
After your registration as a HEIM SÖHNE store we will activate you for the area "product range" in our online shop within 1-2 working days.
2. Payment
The following payment methods are basically available in our online shop:
Advance payment
If you select advance payment we provide you with our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods on receipt of funds.
Direct debit process
With the placement of the order, you are granting us a direct debit mandate. We will inform you separately about the date of debiting the account in an advance notification (pre-notification). With the submission of the direct debit, we request our bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out and your account is debited.
Debiting the account takes place after you have received the goods.
The time limit for pre-notification regarding the date for debiting the account (pre-notification period), is 2 days.
PayPal
During the ordering process you will be forwarded to PayPal's online website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instructions to us. After submitting your order in the shop we instruct PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
Directly after you have received the goods, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal. You will receive additional information during the ordering process.
Invoice
You may pay for your purchase by means of bank transfer after you have received the goods together with the invoice.
